      Pros

      Lot of opportunity, space for growth and improvements on current processes, procedures, workflows and etc. Recognition to those who really deliver results

      Cons

      Lot of work to be done to reach the goal of Elanco and unfortunately not many resources available, which make the current resources feel overwelming.

      Great culture with lots of opportunity

      Pros

      I have had multiple great managers who have all played a key role in helping me advance at Elanco and feel appreciated. Upper management is very open to meeting with and recognizing talent. I generally feel as though my work fits into a larger purpose and goal. Vacation benefits are incredible!

      Cons

      Due to a lot of recent acquisitions and changes, there can be a large amount of work.
