Pros

Elanco is a great place to work where we not only talk about work life balance but lie it. Especially given the crazy times we are currently in, everyone has been wonderful about flexibility and adaptability for working remote and managing kids/households

Cons

We have a lot going on with continued finalization of separation from our original parent company, Lilly while purchasing and integrating with Bayer Animal Health on top of the global pandemic.

Elanco is dedicated to is mission of Enriching lives through the interactions between people and animals. They also stand behind the causes and put giving back at the top of the list. They are a growing Company that has accomplished task after task, program after program when most said it couldn't be done. Employees are treated fairly in pay and performance. New ideas are embraced and people are included

In the face pace we work and take on challenges it can be overwhelming at times if you don't speak up.
