- flex schedules for better work/life balance - lots of social activities to participate in - comfortable open work spaces

Cons

- overly bureaucratic - no long term vision, only short term goals - "cost cutting" and layoffs constantly but refuse to give up wasteful spending - unwilling to evolve in changing times - very poor management with virtually no decisions making capacity (all talk but no action)

If you want to learn 'what not to do' in running an animal health company, if you have little to no industry knowledge, and are a recent grad, Elanco is the place for you.

Cons

Salary and benefits are not competitive with other companies. Management and sales force lack the ability, drive and ambition to make plan. The number one customer for Elanco is Elanco, with a very internally focused mindset and lack of customer focus, most are concerned on checking a box and pleasing their management. Position eliminations have been abundant.

Cons

Elanco is a bit bureaucratic in some areas. They are not as nimble as it use to be. Need to be a little less risk adverse in some areas
