There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this company.

Cons

President is a walking catch-phrase with little substance. Industry knowledge throughout the organization is sub par, at best, with little to no experience. Substantial investments have not paid off, in fact, are losing money, hence the need to eliminate positions. Performance relative to the competition is very bleak and with the attitude of style over substance, the future isn't looking to bright.

Pros

Only moderate stress daily. Not much micromanaging. Very flexible work accommodations - timing and ability to work from home. CEO is one of the VERY FEW inspirational people in the company.

Cons

Way too many directors. Promotion system is more who you know and how you look, not what you accomplish. Almost always on the low side of the pay midrange. Limited career options depending on career path. Career development assistance is variable and highly dependent on your supervisor. Benefits average to good. Expected better from big pharma.
