      Pros

      You know exactly what's expected of you, when you should have it done (immediately) and are surrounded by many other high-performing, highly intelligent people.

      Cons

      Everyone is empowered so sometimes the leader of an item/project is unclear. They are in the midst of lots of changes and not everyone handles that as well after having been under Lilly's structure for so long.

      Some areas not very diverse, more women and people of color in managerial roles

      -if you are a high performer, you will be trusted and give more opportunities -multiple examples of raises and variable pay to reward high performers -company just grew significantly with acquisition - jobs are now elevated to bigger company -management takes accountability and is accessible

      Cons

      -business acumen needs to continue to increase throughout the company -embarking on a system change, current internal systems not as user friendly or helpful as under Lilly -used to have better benefits related to healthy living, like access to gyms -need more innovative products to sustain growth
