I work remotely, the work is enjoyable, there are lots of options to move into other departments and learning opportunities, great culture

Cons

If you are not 100% remote office role, mandatory 30 days per quarter in the office, new hire training could be a lot better

Good benefits and time off.

Cons

No career development opportunities even though they advertise it. All technology jobs are going overseas. Constantly being told that if you do XYZ and have outstanding performance reviews they still hire based on fulfilling certain D&I numbers instead of hiring or promoting based on experience and education.
