Great Purpose, Great People

Purpose-driven and deeply rooted in “why” and making the world better for people and animals. Good culture within certain pockets of the organization, specifically farm animal.

Cons

Understaffed and under resourced and wears it like a badge of honor. Super high level of burnout that needs to be addressed.
