Hybrid work schedule is favorable for some. They copy everything Eli Lilly does

Cons

Hybrid work schedule which is stupid. My role does not require me going with face to face Leadership is the worst. No one has experience and they are arrogant. They go above and beyond to make sure the company is divers and inclusive

Management is resistant to new ideas; depth of expertise, hard work ,and loyalty are not recognized or rewarded; age and gender discrimination; only those that "toe the party line" are promoted; and no top-down transparency.

Good place to work but a little disorganized at times

Pros

People tend to be very passionate especially about animals. Very diverse workforce from around the world.

Cons

There seems to be a lot of disorganization. Elanco relies heavily on 3rd party support to run major projects and sometimes the different 3rd parties do not work well together.
