Eland is an amazing fast paced company with a great culture. There are wonderful people at all levels of the company and joining Eland is like joining a family in which everyone supports each other and has a great time. The company cares about their employees and their families and it shows through their benefit package and Holiday parties. Eland has some of the most diverse interesting projects in which there is always something new on the horizons. The president is always there and actually gets to know his employees.

A great company to work for. A family oriented atmosphere unlike other larger engineering firm where you are just a number. Also a great team of employees where everyone works together, including management, to achieve a common goal. Never any pressure to work late/after hours which results in a good work/life balance.
