Pros

Some coworkers are great, and direct management tries to support you within the limits they’re given. You might find meaning in the work itself, especially if you care about helping others.

Cons

Corporate leadership prioritizes metrics and profits over people. There’s little to no loyalty to employees — even long-term ones. Promotions are given without proper compensation, and you're expected to take on more responsibility while being paid as little as possible. Employee wellbeing and morale seem like an afterthought at best.

Pros

Onboarding and Welcoming Caregivers to Work

Cons

Horrible management who would move you from your position “permanently” without asking or speaking to you about it, no matter if you was handling the same state for over a year! Very disrespectful management and Human Resources! No room for growth even if you have the education and experience. They do favoritism. Pretty racist if you ask me and other employees that always speaks about the way they’re being treated by management and Human Resources.
