Lack of support and management, higher caseloads and constant staff turnover, lack of ability to move up in the company compensatory wise, constant talk about budget being the most important, lack of raises

I was asked to stay on as the agency was taken over by Elara Care. By law agency must have a Medical Director. I never received the pay I was promissed by the agency.

Cons

Never was paid when they took over the agency.

Terrible environment for learning

The office staff were friendly and professional.

Cons

The training was almost nonexistent. The staff contained at least one bully who created hostility in the work environment, and though management was aware, it was allowed to go on. There was poor communication and slow response when help was needed.
