Pros

If you need a paycheck, you'll get one.

Cons

Just about everything you can imagine. With the new merger, everything has changed for the worst. Terrible management, poor morale, work Holidays, no bonuses, no PTO payout and they are firing everyone or everyone is quitting so you are never allowed to take the PTO you have, always short staffed and overworked, poor communication, favoritism, told to work through lunches and stay late but don't want to pay you overtime, being told to "strap on a catheter" so that you don't get up to go to the bathroom because that would take away from work.

Pros

Make your own schedule and not have to work inside a facility.

Cons

Being told to be more productive or you will be sent to other branches to “Help out” with no regard to distance. Gas reimbursement was cut to .35 cents instead of the variable rate GLC used. Insurance is terribly expensive. It’s Stressful ordering patients supplies only to have them micro-managed and denied. Patients wait too long on wound care supplies and it’s frustrating for them.
