Business Outlook
Pros
Company grew like gangbusters and let my department learn on the fly. Management had our backs at first as we learned and improved and rewarded us. Fast paced. Management will give you the space to screw up which is great since there isn't time to train anybody adequately. Still the pay is pretty good all things considered.
Cons
The merger happened and we ended up losing rewards and perks for not hitting productivity goals when management had never explained that the productivity goals existed in the first place. Training has a very throw you to the wolves, sink or swim quality to it.
