      Pros

      Surrounded by motivated, intelligent people that make the day-to-day fun. Amazing culture with focus on work/life balance . A place where your voice is actually heard and acted on.

      Cons

      Would love to see the continued emphasis on internal development and really embrace the idea of cultivating our own talent.

      Pros

      Just overall a great company to work with. Strong executive team and they know there employees.

      Cons

      Sometime the workload expectations can be overbearing for critical departments. However for the most part strong employee in those departments that make it work.
