      Good team members. Flexibility-ish, room for growth

      Cons

      Doesn’t let you work from home even though work could be done hybrid like other management job at other companies. Transparency is not there. Only move up if you do 3 people’s jobs.

      Not diverse company

      Pros

      Large corporation with offices in different states.

      Cons

      No diversity. This is so obvious when you work with various states you can easily see it’s mostly white people with very few minorities. This is even in states where the population is diverse. When your leadership team is made up of all the same people there is no one to help check your unconscious bias. Many don’t know how to lead diverse teams or even identify those with different backgrounds!

      I could work as many clients as I wanted. Very flexible schedule. Could get as many hours a week as I needed.

      Cons

      Communication with staff was sometimes difficult to do.
