Flexibility, compassion and understanding from direct supervisors. Family oriented, great communication, recognition for hard work and Autonomy. Very welcoming and helpful

Cons

Drive times, living in a rural area the territory is large. May have 30 mile drives between 2-3 patients during scheduled day.
