Pros

Really????......I can't think of any and this is after 14 yrs of service.

Cons

Plenty. Management will not take care of their people. You are a cog in the wheel with this company no upward mobility, No training, Long hours, Under staffed under funded. Basically if you are are in IT do not look at this company. Idiots run it from the CTO who got caught messing around down to VP's who threaten firing anyone who gives them a bad review for a US Banks survey. Nothing is done about these fools and nothing is cleaned up. EVER. You will be sent packing if you raise the least bit of a question. Honestly if you have any self respect steer clear of this outfit of losers.

Pros

An opportunity to work with top tier global companies that are clients of Elavon's parent, US Bank.

Cons

Upper management in key positions are not qualified or educated enough to do their jobs. Upper management does not know how to identify or retain their most brilliant employees, allowing middle management to cannibalize their key talent and perpetuate extreme politics at the expense of the client base.

Pros

It's a stable job and offer OK money when you first start. Don't count on performance based raises or any other benefits.

Cons

No path for advancement Only management level jobs are treated with respect Benefits are only for management No training or educational benefits So tight, you have to bring in your own supplies to avoid hassles Execs treated like Gods, while others are told they are lucky to have a job
