      Leadership is non-existant, Processes are undefined. Constant shifting priorities. Zero recognition and toxic, fear based environment.

      Strong environment for professional development and career growth. The organization provides ample opportunities to climb the ladder if you are proactive. I also believe the recent shift in leadership direction is a promising move toward the right future for the company.

      Cons

      The organization struggles with significant corporate bureaucracy and a siloed working environment, which leads to redundant projects and inefficient capital allocation. While the company pushes a 'total compensation' narrative, the liquid cash compensation and benefits packages—particularly health insurance flexibility—do not currently align with market standards.
