      Pros

      Recent management changes bring a greater focus to what matters, including and especially the customer!

      Cons

      Too many politics and some decisions made without the facts. The old regime included "no decision at all" but hopefully that's improved with the new leadership.

      The pay and conditions are competitive. There can be interesting projects to work on. The working environment is informal and there is scope for amusement.

      This is a company that is constantly changing the organisational chart. So if you are looking for an environment that gives you the adrenaline rush associated with loosing your job, then this is the company for you.
