      Pros

      Some really smart and experienced people that are a pleasure to work with. Also there's always someone within the greater Elbit Systems who is a specialist at whatever technical issue you're stuck with and they're always happy to help.

      Cons

      Management is military type in the worst way, mostly retired (pensioned) officers whose main job seems to be blaming others for their failures, the kind who can never learn because they never admit to ever making a mistake. Also project planning and execution is abysmal and as a result there's tremendous pressure at integration time.
