The company is big and stable, the field is very interesting (systems for fighters and helicopters). some of the products and unique. the employee receives relatively good benefits,

slow pace. as products are unique so is the experience an employee receives. it is hard to transfer skills from this field. rivalry between divisions inside the company makes growing business difficult. lack of synergy
