The company displays a complete lack of concern for its employees, stifling talented engineers by withholding opportunities. Manipulative tactics lead individuals into unknowingly engaging in improper actions dictated by management. Personally, I detest the working environment. The company conducts abrupt layoffs without notice, often to create positions for family members rather than based on performance. Intelligent and skilled employees are not valued, as the company prefers unquestioning conformity to flawed upper management. Dismissed employees receive no severance, highlighting a callous approach. In comparison to my previous experiences in three different companies, this organization is undeniably atrocious, plagued by bad management, outdated software, and Software vulnerabilities.

Understaffed in many areas, and they don't seem to want to fix that, rather they expect ridiculous hours to make up for over-promising to customers. Terrible communication internally between departments. Development was continuously left rushing to include features that sales had told customers already existed, while fixing bugs from previous rush of coding. Focused more on keeping people that are terrible at their jobs, but have been there for years instead of keeping truly talented staff new to the company.
