Pros
Really good work environment. They care about their employees and I think they really do show it. Employee satisfaction is one of their strongest values. Very flexible in remote work arrangements, though some roles will require an in-office presence based on responsibility. A week of company-sponsored PTO at the end of the year, lots of employee get-togethers and outings, good benefits package. Knowledgeable and nice coworkers. It's a company I would recommend to work for.
Cons
It's an election company, so obviously it will get busy during election season. Pay could be better, but this isn’t a multibillion-dollar company, so it can't be as lucrative as those super big companies.
