Pros

The company is very strategic and focused on their goal of delivering reliable, resilient, affordable and flexible power to communities across the globe. And management will hire wherever they can find the best talent, regardless of where you live. Their MyShare program offers some great ownership benefits, too. Finally, energy is a good market to be in right now -- we need lots more to satisfy the AI thirst for power.

Cons

Fast-paced growth does make things challenging, but it's also exhilarating.
