Pros

- EPE is an amazing place to grow technically and advance in your career quickly. Since it is a relatively small and fast growing company, employees are able to get promoted faster than those at larger companies. - It is a pretty horizontal organization in that the youngest engineer can talk freely with CEO over coffee - All team members are willing to lend a helping hand - You have the flexibility of working fully remote - Hard work is recognized and rewarded - Many training opportunities internally and externally - Company culture is of utmost importance and constantly promoted by upper management and our CEO, Hala Ballouz.

Cons

- Like most consulting firms, sometimes work can get very demanding and team members may need to put in some overtime hours
