Pros

Great Team! Very forward thinking, and fast growing. Also, love the space that we are in- in terms of connecting renewable energy to the grid and working towards improving the way that energy is generated and distributed

Fast growing which is great and challenging at the same time!

The commute time in Austin can be long

Very toxic environment

Pros

Pay and benefits are nice. Also getting promotdd is easy

Cons

Very bad work environment. A lot of people complained about a manager who yells at regular basis. The manager is more focused on the deadline and but quality of work and the modeling aspect are not in the top priority. He will throw anybody under the bus to make himself look good. Before leaving the company I complained about the manager. But now that person has been promoted to director. Which shows how much the company cares about the employee.
