Pros

The first couple years are wonderful. - enjoy! Then the reality of the corruption and unethical operations are exposed.

Cons

Benefits are not accurately defined. The insurance company does not cover their “in network” providers. High deductible plan is a facade. $2700 a year deductible turns into $10,000 out of pocket easily - all in network. Misogyny and religious discrimination is at large in the Utah and Arizona offices. Favorites occur and payroll fraud occurs for these favorites. To be a favorite you must be first an engineer- drafters, support staff, etc are easily dismissed and thrown away - however can be saved if some of the following applies: - male, white, Mormon, narcissistic= most favorited - male, white, narcissistic = second favorite - male, white, Mormon = third favorite - male and white = fourth favorite - female = better be an engineer or Mormon or better yet both - salary very low for all other positions other than engineers. Overall no value for drafters, support staff, or any other non-engineer position. $30,000 a year raise for same position at new company in same town for same position after I left. Beware of the level of drama including the infidelity of many of the higher ups. Be prepared to lose your morals and ethics to keep these corrupt individuals secrets. Blow the whistle and they will make your life hell until they fire you or you quit. Or do yourself a favor and keep interviewing for the job that pays $30,000 more and values you with integrity and ethics.

Pros

The benefits are good. The pay is decent. The work is easy. If you are an engineer you get to travel to your job sites.

Cons

Office politics play a role in promotions. You only get 6 holidays. Corporate management doesn't seem to have a grasp on what is going on in offices outside of Billings.

Pros

They have decent benefits, and are willing to develop employees that they wish to advance, but only ip to a point.

Cons

"Gas-lighting" with possible participation, endorsement, and/or "blind eye" from the management without apparent provocation combined with work obstruction also without provocation.
