      Pros

      I like ECI because it gives me opportunity to advance in my career goals. I have completed several projects here that were very challenging and good experience for my senior career ahead of me.

      Cons

      The projects sometimes come with very low budgets and very tight schedules which are next to impossible to meet. The experience levels of people that I would directly and indirectly with are sometimes not at a level that is up to the tasks that are assigned to them.
