Worst company I have ever worked for hands down! This company does not care about the work life balance of their employees, they force all salary employees to work 45 hours a week minimum, more is expected. Management is archaic, ignorant and borderline dictatorial. Nepotism is rampant. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

The biggest problem at ECI is the culture. There is an expectation to work long hours even if the project work load doesn’t demand it. As much as management will tell you it’s not an obligation, it is very clear that promotions are given to those who work the longest hours and not those who work most efficiently. It literally pays to be inefficient. Direct managers are not responsible or involved in deciding promotions or bonuses so there is never an opportunity to talk directly to someone about how those decisions were made.
