Pros

-Great health and retirement benefits -You get to keep all flight, hotel, and rental car rewards when you travel -Hourly, time and a half overtime, no limit to hours when traveling

Cons

-Lots of travel, definitely more than the 60% advertised -Does not have competitive pay for field test engineers -Work life balance is basically nonexistent, expect to work many 12+ hour days -Almost no structured on the job training -Most all projects are in Texas, California desert, and everywhere you wouldn't want to be

Care and training for employees

Cons

Must be consultant minded with extra hours per week and cut-through efficiencies. The job and colleagues should be your hobby as well. I found I preferred R&D utility type work.

Lots of work opportunities, good pay, good company culture, opportunity to travel

Cons

hours can be long at times but anyone expecting to only ever work 40 hours a week should think twice about getting into consulting
