Pros

EA needs enough jobs that it's a great place to enter the industry if you don't have much experience. It's also not too hard to get a promotion or two under your belt since turnover is high. You will learn here if you're committed. Facilities are good and health plan is nice. It's fun being in this industry!

Cons

There's a reason turnover is high -- people tend to jump ship and layoffs are common. EA moves at a snail's pace, and executive team often makes baffling choices. Although your immediate higher-ups may communicate well with you, expect key decisions about your projects and position to be made by people you've never met or even knew existed. Frequently Kafka-esque.

Pros

great people, great environment, decent pay. I worked at the EALA campus, we had an on site cafeteria, gym, lake, basketball court, etc..

Cons

EA fired half of my division and outsourced the work to india. Originally i worked for a smaller studio that was a acquired by EA, that when things went downhill.
