Pros

*Good benefits *Veteran leadership *Collegial work environment; input is welcome and solicited from many levels *Open communication from top down *Stability in a volatile field *Place where talent can shine *Ambition welcome, ego's checked

Cons

*It's a Producer's game company; meaning its about product... Not a game company driven by designers or artists. It's a company that tasks non-artists with artist's work, this is on major IPs! Good for the short term investor, bad for long term IP development. *Too many chiefs, not enough Indians *Culture is not that of a creative company, too big maybe? *Work / Life balance Zen restricted to those working business hours... not to those making games *Not many visionaries, lacks the rockstars that can fuel the passion

Pros

We get to work in the gaming industry. That in itself is a benefit. everyone here is passionate about what they do. we get good benefits. good facility. indoor gym. They pay is good relatively to other companies around the area. You get to work with a bunch of smart people that knows what they're doing, and they work hard to achieve their goals.

Cons

The work can be stressful, and we get layoffs often.

Pros

* Benefits are good, health, dental, vision, media library, discount on games * Good if you have a good manager who listens to you, but it is hit and miss * Flexible, but again, depends on the group. Some are better than others. I worked with both, the bad ones are pretty bad, but the good teams make you feel like family.

Cons

* Senior management doesn't always communicate, which makes your job harder. * Disorganization when it comes to corporate communication. We heard more things through news sites and blogs than from the executive team. * Some really bad managers which makes it hard to shape your career * More likely to be told where and what you're going to do, then find opportunities to move around with the same Label. * Sometimes advancement depends on who you suck up to.
