Pros

Work life balance was impressive. Speaks to well planned projects or lack of passion.

Cons

Too corporate, with a lack of vision by upper management. Too many managers were either from QA or bean counters from Production Management. Either way, you can't drive a creative company without giving the creatives forces an equal voice. Marketing needs to talk to Production

Pros

Great people in the studio I work in, and the atmosphere is fun and promotes learning and cooperation amongst team and studio members.

Cons

Unfortunately the corporate influence in the studio is at best an annoyance, and at worst a major road block to accomplishing anything. There seems to be a constant effort to keep costs down by keeping employees underpaid. They say it's because cost of living is low, but other studios in the area pay more than EA does, so it comes off to the employees as just being cheap.

Pros

You get to play games mainly all day, all the time you work there. The working hours are really convenient

Cons

You get to play games all day... This gets taxing, over and over, the same rhetoric. The project managers don't pay any mind to you but then if you don't "seem" like you're doing work you get talked down to.... IT'S GAMES
