Pros

Competitive pay. Big company. Stable job. Lots of resources. Some great people work there. Some great IPs you might get a chance to work on.

Cons

Incompetent management is rampant. Promotions come only when you threaten to leave. Lack of performance is tolerated, and it is near-impossible to fire people. Lots of "buddy hires" who aren't qualified to do the job at hand. Quality of the games and the game teams just isn't there. Other developers are way ahead in all areas.

Pros

Great facility with a lot of perks like the gym, the resource library and activity groups. Opportunity to work for one of the oldest and biggest developers/ publishers. Exposure to the biggest titles in the gaming industry. Work on projects sold internationally for a company that is international. Great experience opportunities. Work with some of the best in the industry. Fantastic benefits.

Cons

Individuals can get lost in the machinery of the company. Sometimes the "Process" out ways individual creativity. Some people may feel it is to big for them. Very competitive.
