Pros

Fun environment and the perks are great. Some of the people are really cool

Cons

Salary is below average. Your experience will really depend on your manager. I had 1 good manager out of 6 while I was there. At one point I had 3 managers at the same time and they never agreed on anything. Be real careful when you are there because there are a lot of managers who treat career advancement as a blood sport. HR was actually pretty cool but unable to help in certain situations.
