Pros

EA is a very successful company, so you'll have the opportunity to work on some great games. Also, they have a whole lot of job opportunities outside of working directly on games.

Cons

Depending on where you work, hours can get bad. But things were way worse 10 years ago, and a lot of teams have made vast improvements.

Pros

Extremely fast work environment. Work slow in order to work fast, but be ready to multi task. You will learn a great deal about the business.

Cons

Extreme multi-tasking. If you make minor mistakes, your reputation will decline very quickly. Very political environment. Occasionally difficult to perform your role with several departments holding you back due to established processes.
