Pros

I have been with the company just over a month now. I honestly couldn't be any happier with my experience thus far from recruitment, the on-boarding process, and the work here at EA. The perks and benefits are outstanding!!! The culture here is nothing short of AMAZING!!! I think I finally found my home through retirement :)

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons.

Pros

Good, talented people Very international, opportunities to travel or work abroad A good name to have on your CV Video games!

Cons

Very slow moving, a lot of red tape Super political, almost impossible to just do your job without getting involved in company politics Huge number of VP's, SVP's, EVP's all with their own agenda and way of thinking Very old fashioned management style
