Pros

Interesting projects, however, often destroyed over time by costs.

Cons

Terrible focus on cutting costs, in large making it very stressful work and work environment.

Pros

Creative atmosphere that's inclusive to everyone at all levels when it comes to ideas. Every year you learn more with each game iteration and senior engineers will push you to grow and expand your knowledge base. If you decide to tackle new areas yourself or explore other paths, you're allowed to do so. The company takes very good care of everyone during crunch time, believes in family first values and time, and will always find ways to reward employees via events, giveaways or celebrity/athlete visits.

Cons

Like any AAA studio there is crunch time and some years it's worse than others. It depends on the new technology being implemented, or new features. The upgrades to the engines and graphics cause a wide array of exotic bugs at times that can be frustrating.
