Pros

Game teams were truly passionate about the product and doing what's good for the players. Teams outside of Finance were amazing to work with.

Cons

Leadership in general has no idea what they are doing. They are way too reactive vs proactive and it is akin to a frat where it's all about who you know. They will always look out for each other first vs what is right for the teams. They will hire their friends first and then lay off people at the studio level that actually generate revenue. Leadership also acts like money is coming out of their personal pockets unless it comes to their friends. Good luck on getting any promotions ever unless you play the politics game.
