Pros

Culture is good when people abide by it. ERGs Talented coworkers Fun environment and free games

Cons

Despite the culture they say they live by ("no brilliant jerks"), it seems a few have gotten through. Politics and toxic leadership. If you're the manager's favorite, you get away with anything. Integrity doesn't appear to be high on the list of values. SUPER clique-y.

Pros

great people to work with, interesting projects, like to give big responsibility to junior people

Cons

Horrible outdated office for the marketing and finance teams, but lovely refurbished floors for the developers. They pay based on the Guildford median, with around 60% of the commute from London, and expect to work 15 hours a day.
