Most of the people there are great. For being a small company, I received a lot of opportunities for growth, and was fortunate to have great managers. Senior leadership always tried to be transparent with Quarterly All Hands Meetings, open door policy, etc. They offer community service hours (8 per year) which is great.
Cons
Senior management often works well over 40 hours per week, and the unspoken expectation is that everyone else will do the same. Salary is usually below market rate.
High-level Subject Matter Experts to work with
Great place to learn new things
Great location right by metro station
Quality-driven
Quarterly meeting discussing company direction and long- and short-term goals
Great benefits
Cons
Quality takes time and has to be documented every step of the way as part of the job - great for the customer though
