      Everyone is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. In a good location close to the Reston metro Occasional travel to D.C. And other states

      Micromanagement No room for growth Strict work environment, almost suffocating Too much overhead Not much exposure/experience Politics involved within management No remote work No schedule flexibility
