I cannot think of a single pro. I worked for Element for 4 years and left feeling emotionally damaged, broken, abused and taken advantage of.

too many to list but as follows: Senior Management is out of touch with reality and treat only themselves with respect and fairness. Everyone from the top down is burnt out and over worked Little respect for their employees and contractors abusive and challenging senior management HR is laughable. They are more worried about protecting the top than they are their employees. Information sharing is a joke. benefits and hours are terrible the only people making money are the top - the rest are paid sub-par but expected to work as hard as the ones making millions totally disfunctional management team
