Pros

I work with amazing people. The individual contributors within the company are great and passionate about what they do.

Cons

Executive leadership in this company continues to kill any passion their employees have by constantly pushing new policies that negatively affect those below them. They have no trust in allowing their managers (VP level and lower) to do what’s needed to ensure the productivity, engagement and quality from their teams. They have tone deaf meetings in which the CEO spouts sentiments on how they want employees to have more dedication to this company than their families. Direct quote from the last strategy session “we want people to go above and beyond just like they do when they are raising their children.” It was distasteful- I cannot believe they continue to allow this CEO to speak publicly as she is a walking billboard for how not to run a company.

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing the dedication of our team. While there haven't been recent policy changes, we encourage you to talk with your direct leader about any specific concerns affecting your role. Lastly, regarding the strategy session, our session emphasized the dedication we have the opportunity to bring both at home and at work – we certainly understand priorities outside of the office are what’s most important to us all. While we aim to motivate our team to deliver their best for our clients, we are equally committed to fostering an environment that respects work-life balance.

Pros

Opportunity to be involved in many customer industries and challenges. Good set of learning experiences over the course of employment

Cons

- systems are broken - leadership in Canada is not engaged - employee morale is all time low with increased recent increased turnover. Lack of HR improving morale and hiring quality talent - performance scorecard measures are sub par that do not benefit or motivate employees - management is too focussed on metrics but yet lack reality of ground level operations - lack of accountability and many spend time pointing blame on others - good employees have become disengaged which has made servicing our customers the root of our business model erode and decline

Pros

Location is good and building is nice. Still have some great people that care about customers and doing a good job.

Cons

Management is terrible. CEO keeps changing. The C-level and element financial people are paying themselves well while nickel and diming the frontline and mid-level employees. Shareholders get all the value. They treat employees like work horses with below avg compensation, poorer benefits and expect them to remain motivated by giving them empty words.
