Pros

The company atmosphere is positive, flexible, and calming. Everyone I have encountered has been extremely genuine, friendly, and helpful. There are too many awesome things about this company to name, but my favorite thing is I feel valued. I love that I feel comfortable bringing up my ideas because I know they will be heard.

Solid Products and Services offer, experienced teams, growth plan. Strong customer loyalty. Willing to further invest in new technology to address market evolutions and anticipate clients needs.

Cons

Element is the result of the merger of exPHH and exGE Fleet, with different cultures and people scattered around the US. New IT platform introduced in 2017 creates collateral damages

All employees other that management care about the clients

Cons

GE mentality killed the company. Employees are only a number and they do not care about clients anymore. Two many big clients have left due to adapting to the GE customer service which there was none to begin with.
