      Extremely knowledgable team and versatile in many other departments within the company.

      Cons

      Contracts aren't allowed to use the gym facility.

      Pros

      People are very friendly, Location is good. The Company itself appears to be stable now no more "numbers based" reductions

      Cons

      Downside - When you acquire companies, there will be growing pains within the staff, egos need to be put in check. Element seems to be just getting over this issue, but not there just yet

      Too many acquisitions, acquired competitor and now was become that company. No longer has what made it a success company for 60 years
