Pros

One thing I did enjoy was being able to test drive different vehicles that were brought to the office periodically.

Cons

There are not many pros for this place. The system is outdated and its DOS-based. I have not used a DOS-based system in over 25 years. This place really lacks diversity. There are NO minorities in any leadership positions. If there are any, its very minimal. They contracted new cafe people and they are not good. The prices increased, but the quality is sub-par. Turn over rate is high and people are leaving on a regular basis. I would NEVER work there again. Ever. I was there for nearly two years and was ready to go within the first couple of months. The job market was poor, which was why I stuck it out for so long.

Pros

Ability to work remotely from home. Lots of chances to move up in the company. Fairly flexible work arrangements. Decent compensation.

Cons

Benefits are horrible for a company of this size, the health insurance is 3x what it was before the acquisition from GE. No paid leave for having a child, must use vacation. Payroll system is near impossible to keep track of, multiple problems in the last 6 months. No retirement offered.

As the company recently acquired the two major players in the market, process and systems of all three companies are not streamlined. So the applications and systems are a bit slow.
