Element is successful because of the outstanding professionals who work there and commit to a customer-centric model

Cons

Significant loss of tenured leaders and knowledgeable professionals has weakened the organization and created concern from formerly steadfast clients. Frequency and severity of service issues remain a concern.

Pros

The employees are dedicated to making the customer experience great. A new CEO has arrived and there is hope for some well needed change.

Cons

Unfortunately the current leadership does not recognize the dedication of the employees knowledge, experience and tenure. Nor are these folks respected especially if the are in the Sparks office. The culture is toxic.

I don't know of any.

Cons

Going through transition for 3 years and it's still not done. HR is rude. No management, they just run in circles. Largest snow storm in 7 years, 16 inches, and still expect you there.
