Pros

Pay is decent if you know your worth, but if they can get away with paying you less they will. Benefits are good, work life balance okay.

Cons

New CEO made a ton of unnecessary changes. Leadership is unorganized and unwilling to mindfully listen to their employee’s needs.

Pros

Vacation benefits & salary were excellent after you reach 15 years of service. Remote work option was fantastic. Not much else.

Cons

Company is trying to offshore operations for lower cost labor. Longtime employees from the PH&H & GE businesses are leaving. Middle management from the director level and up are clueless and demoralizing toward their employees. This used to be a terrific company to work for. Now all it’s about is the bottom line. Sure they brag about keeping the employee interest at the forefront. Don’t let these people fool you. If you don’t have your nose buried up a director or VP’s backside 24x7 forget about ever advancing. They like to promote buddies who are seriously inept and have no business being in these positions. Zero accountability from the VP down and they are covering themselves with inflated numbers to keep the execs happy. If anyone tries to sell you otherwise, they are flat out lieing. The business is hedging their bets on a program that was proven to be problematic and is causing clients to question why they are still using Element. Again it’s all about the bottom line, but what do I know with almost 3 decades experience with the company?

Pros

I don't think there are any pros

Cons

- Benefits are not the greatest when they interview they make it sound like they are they're not, and you pay part of them. - They expect you to work 24/7 no life work balance. - The VPs are out of touch and do not understand marketing nor do they care as it was blown up without thinking of the consequences this would bring. - Marketing does not have a strategy, direction or a budget. - Elements has big dreams but like chasing the next big shine thing until they find something else without completing the previous project - People are manipulative with their own agendas and will turn on you when question what they are doing an overall toxic work environment where you can only get ahead by being in the "in-crowd"
