      -If you work hard and can collaborate, you will see your impact quickly. -Very smart people. You will learn. -Fast paced decision making led by a progressive CEO.

      -Fleet management takes time to learn. -Its a great place to work because there is a high bar for performance, but the flip side is that can be daunting for those not interested in a challenge or learning. If you want to dial it in, look elsewhere....
